Job description

The Recruiting Coordinator works closely with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced recruiting organization, serving as an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building strong candidate relationships. This role often provides candidates with their first impression of the organization, requiring exceptional communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the flexibility to shift priorities quickly. It is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to broaden their experience and contribute to building a high-performing team of talented individuals.
Responsibilities
  • Schedule interviews and phone screens by working directly with candidates and hiring teams, including arranging travel for visiting candidates when needed.
  • Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting and applicant tracking systems, and confirm new hires accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates regarding their recruiting status via phone and email, ensuring a professional and positive candidate experience.
  • Track recruiting activities and prepare weekly reports that clearly communicate candidate status and pipeline progress.
  • Coordinate post-interview debrief meetings and distribute debrief materials to interviewers and stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the candidate experience and increase scheduling efficiency across the recruiting process.
  • Assist with the coordination and execution of other recruiting activities and administrative support tasks as needed.

Essential Skills
  • At least 1 year of experience in coordination or administration
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) for candidate and job management.
  • Demonstrated ability to schedule interviews, phone screens, and appointments in a high-volume environment.
  • Experience providing administrative support in a recruiting, hiring, or customer service setting.
