Job description

Job Title

Work location: Seattle, WA Hybrid: 50% onsite every two weeks. Onsite 2 days one week and 3 days the following week. Work hours: 7:00am - 4:00pm (some flexibility) Responsible for phone coverage, faxing and photocopying Typing and distributing correspondence and mail. Order and distribute office supplies. Able to perform light data entry. Backup receptionist as needed. Greet and escort visitors from reception to meeting location. Conduct limited research. Performs additional general office duties as assigned.

Qualifications: 6 years or more of relevant work experience. Direct experience supporting staff in an administrative assistant role. Intermediate knowledge of MS Word and Excel, (MS Suite). Be familiar with email and Internet protocol. Must have at least a HS diploma or equivalent and possess strong written and verbal communication skills. SAP, Ariba, Concur not required but is preferred Previous Client experience is preferred.

The starting hourly compensation for this assignment is within the range of *** to *** ***/hr. Please note that the final individual compensation and any applicable benefits will be determined by your employer of record (and not Client). Factors influencing this decision may include the characteristics of the assignment, such as demonstrated experience, required skill, and the geographic location of the job.
