Job description

Administrative Assistant

Work location: Seattle, WA Hybrid: 50% onsite every two weeks. Onsite 2 days one week and 3 days the following week. Work hours: 7:00am - 4:00pm (some flexibility)

Responsibilities:

  • Phone coverage, faxing and photocopying
  • Typing and distributing correspondence and mail
  • Ordering and distributing office supplies
  • Performing light data entry
  • Backup receptionist as needed
  • Greeting and escorting visitors from reception to meeting location
  • Conducting limited research
  • Performing additional general office duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 6 years or more of relevant work experience
  • Direct experience supporting staff in an administrative assistant role
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Word and Excel (MS Suite)
  • Familiarity with email and Internet protocol
  • At least a HS diploma or equivalent and possess strong written and verbal communication skills
  • SAP, Ariba, Concur not required but is preferred
  • Previous client experience is preferred

Compensation: The starting hourly compensation for this assignment is within the range of *** to *** ***/hr.
