Administrative Assistant – Growth & Experience, Engineering

Location: Redmond, WA

Work Arrangement: Onsite – 5 days per week

Position Overview

The Growth & Experience team within Engineering is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative and operational support for a customer-facing organization supporting customer on-boarding and adoption initiatives.

This role will provide coverage for an administrative team member on leave while ensuring continuity of ongoing team operations. The successful candidate will be highly organized, service-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the team.
  • Coordinate meetings, team events, morale activities, and related logistics.
  • Manage office supplies, snacks, replenishment, purchasing, and procurement activities.
  • Support workspace and space-management activities.
  • Assist with device management, including SAW and other team devices.
  • Support team alias/GMM management and maintenance.
  • Assist with expense management, reporting, and department financial operations.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics as needed.
  • Provide basic calendar and scheduling support.
  • Support facility purchasing and general office operations.
  • Assist with personnel-related administrative processes.
  • Coordinate special projects and team initiatives as assigned.
  • Ensure administrative activities comply with applicable team policies and procedures.
  • Provide responsive customer service to team members and internal stakeholders.
  • Track assigned requests through completion and resolve administrative issues in a timely manner.


Required Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of administrative support experience, preferably in a fast-paced corporate or technology environment.
  • Demonstrated experience with administrative operations and team support.
  • Experience coordinating events, meetings, and logistics.
  • Proficiency with productivity tools, particularly Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Experience with expense management and expense reporting.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple administrative responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse individuals and highly collaborative teams.
  • Ability and willingness to work onsite in Redmond 5 days per week.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. when required for office or event-related activities.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working within a similar large technology organization.
  • Familiarity with tools and processes, including GMM/alias management.
  • Experience supporting customer-facing teams.
  • Experience with calendar management and scheduling.
  • Experience with device and operational asset management.
  • Experience coordinating morale initiatives and team-building events.
  • Experience with space management, supply ordering, purchasing, and general office operations.
