Summary of the Role

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant (Permitting & Compliance)supporting our Permitting & Compliance business unit, you will be assisting a team of project coordinators on projects all over the United States. If you're detail oriented and work well in a fast-paced environment, apply today!

  • Accurate keyboarding in preparing meeting minutes, spreadsheets, letters, memos and other documents, correct punctuation, spelling, grammar, and word usage
  • Support the Team with administrative duties; reports, presentations, letters, deliver application packages to agencies and file management
