About Job

We are seeking for an organized and proactive Associate Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments, ensuring efficient daily operations and a smooth work environment.
Job Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain executive calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange appointments.
* Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
* Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
* Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff as required.
* Process expense reports and manage petty cash.
* Assist with the planning and execution of company events and meetings.
* Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
* Answer and direct phone calls, and handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
* Provide general support to visitors and assist with onboarding new employees.
* Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support overall office operations.
Job Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree in a related field is preferred.
* 1-2 years of administrative support experience in a fast-paced office environment.
