Job Summary

Premium Administrative Assistant

Part-Time

On-site at Lumen Field

The Premium Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the Premium Management Team to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the Premium Department. This position contributes directly to delivering exceptional service and maintaining a high standard of guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about hospitality.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Premium Suites and Catering teams.
  • Prepare all Edikio cards for catering and suite events.
  • Assemble and distribute accurate catering lead packets prior to events.
  • Create, proof, and distribute both digital and printed menus for catering spaces.
  • Post suite sheets and ensure all materials are current and correctly displayed.
  • Proofread and edit guest-facing materials to maintain brand and quality standards.
  • Enter catering consumption sheets into digital systems for sales tracking.
  • Accurately use all applicable Levy systems for administrative and operational functions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support seamless event execution.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • High level of computer literacy and comfortable with digital tools.
  • Demonstrated passion for hospitality, food, and retail.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
