Property Administrative Assistant LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring an Administrative Assistant for our client located in Downtown Seattle. This position will be 100% onsite and a 3-month, full-time contract opportunity for our client. This role will be focused on being the face of the office and assist with greeting and directing visitors to the right department, helping to collect documents and uploading them into the software systems, answering phone and email correspondence, and organizing files as needed. Because this will be a customer-facing position, interested candidates must be able to provide a great guest experience.
Requirements - High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience in a high-volume environment
- Must be proficient working within Microsoft Office
- Strong ability to communicate and work well with a wide array of individuals
- Excellent ability to adapt to different tasks throughout the day and work well under pressure
Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
