Position Overview:
  • Arley Therapy Services is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Associate to support pediatric speech therapy operations.
  • This role ensures timely communication, accurate documentation, and efficient administrative workflow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain physician contact database.
  • Organize and process referrals and authorizations.
  • Send and receive documents via fax/email.
  • Communicate with medical offices to obtain updates.
  • Provide timely status updates to supervisors.
  • Independently manage assigned administrative tasks.

Daily Workflow Expectations:
  • Monitor email, fax, and task systems daily.
  • Track pending referrals, authorizations, and documentation.
  • Provide updates throughout the day.
  • Maintain accurate patient tracking systems.

Position Requirements:
  • Full-time availability.
  • Strong organization and accountability.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Effective communication and teamwork.

Qualifications:
