Position Details:
Job Title: Administrative Associate
Location: Palo Alto, CA 94304 (Hybrid)Duration: 6-Month Contract (Extension/Conversion Possible)Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Range: $35/hr. - $38.83/hr.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to faculty and department leadership.
  • Respond to inquiries and serve as a resource on departmental policies, procedures, and administrative processes.
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate conferences, seminars, meetings, and departmental events, including vendor management, logistics, and material preparation.
  • Draft, format, edit, and distribute presentations, reports, correspondence, grant proposals, brochures, meeting materials, and other administrative documents.
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of administrative or operational support experience.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree or higher.
  • Experience supporting executives, faculty, or departmental operations.
  • Experience coordinating events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
