  • Hourly pay: $30/hr
  • Worksite: Leading university (Stanford, CA 94063-3133 - Hybrid, Must work onsite 4+ days a week, Must be willing to support different locations around the Buildings and Real Estate main campus)
  • W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL
  • 40 hours/week, 6 Month Assignment

A leading university is seeking a Water Administrative Associate.The successful candidate will provide general administrative support related to managing the water hotline, invoices, and timecards.
Water Administrative Associate Responsibilities:
  • Manage water hotline:
    • Monitor the email.
    • Transfer messages as needed.
    • Log inquires into Smartsheet.
  • Invoices:
    • Monitor invoice email.
    • If the invoice requires requisition/no PO on invoice, reach out to PM for needed actions.
  • Daily timecard checks: Monitor timecard reports and work with techs to ensure timely accurate timecard charges.
  • P-Card purchase and verification.
  • Tcard -travel arrangements.
  • Bi-monthly Timecards TLA Axess.
  • WRCI Meeting (ice breaker, slides, host meeting).
  • Valley Water letter and payments - update and get the signature of the letter to send in with the payment.

Water Administrative Associate Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of related experience.
  • General administrative support experience.
  • Experience with Excel and PowerPoint.
  • MVR needed.
  • Driver's license.
  • Proficient in Microsoft systems such as Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Smartsheet's experience.

Shift:
  • 7:00 am -3:30 pm (will need some flexibility, as sometimes may be needed earlier for meetings or later for meetings).
