Responsibilities for Administrative Assistant include but are not limited to:
ยท Manage complex calendars for 2โ3 executives (schedule meetings, resolve conflicts, prioritize requests)
ยท Coordinate travel arrangements and handle expense management
ยท Provide onsite and dayโtoโday administrative support to executives and team
ยท Plan and organize team meetings, events, and offsites
ยท Handle general office operations (procurement, vendor coordination, communication support)
Candidates for Administrative Assistant must meet the following requirements to be considered:
ยท 5โ7 years of experience as an Executive/Administrative Assistant
ยท Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
ยท Expertise in calendar management and scheduling for senior leaders
ยท Excellent communication skills (email + verbal)
ยท Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support multiple executives

Pay Details: $38.00 to $38.10 per hour
