· The candidate will work as an Administrative Assistant supporting a global team focused on advertising engineering and AI.

· Responsibilities include handling tasks for remote administrators that require onsite presence, managing office operations, onboarding/offboarding processes, customer service tasks, and calendar management.

Candidates Administrative Assistant must meet the following requirements to be considered:

· 2 years experience Office Management
