We are looking for a highly driven Account Manager to join our team and build lasting relationships with our key partners and clients.

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Account Manager to oversee and expand our relationships with builders, contractors, interior designers, and retail clients. In this role, you will be the primary bridge between our clients and our fabrication/installation teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the home improvement or construction industry, a passion for design, and the ability to manage multiple projects from initial quote to final installation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the dedicated point of contact for assigned accounts, including local home builders, general contractors, and design firms.

  • Consult with clients on material selections (e.g., quartz, granite, marble, quartzite), edge profiles, and finishes to meet their design and budget requirements.

  • Prepare and deliver accurate project quotes and bids based on blueprints, field measurements, and material grades.

  • Coordinate seamlessly with the templating, fabrication, and installation teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule and to the highest quality standards.

  • Proactively identify and generate new business by networking with local construction and design professionals.

  • Track project progress and provide clients with regular updates, acting quickly to resolve any scheduling conflicts or material issues.

  • Maintain an organized pipeline of current and upcoming projects using our CRM/project management software.

  • Ensure all billing and invoicing information is accurate and communicated clearly to the client.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

  • 1 year of account management or sales experience, ideally within the countertop, flooring, cabinetry, or general construction industry.

  • Ability to read and interpret architectural blueprints, design plans, and technical drawings.

  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both construction professionals and homeowners.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously without sacrificing attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and basic office applications.
