ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

SAP & ERP Services & Staffing (The Baer Group)

Location: Atlanta, GA.

Position Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Account Executive to drive revenue growth by selling SAP and other ERP platform consulting services, project-based solutions, and staffing engagements to mid-market and enterprise clients. This individual will be responsible for developing new business, expanding existing accounts, and positioning our services as strategic solutions aligned to client transformation initiatives including S/4HANA Migrations, RISE Program Transformations, cloud migrations, and ERP optimization programs.

The ideal candidate understands the SAP ecosystem, has experience selling IT services or professional staffing, and thrives in a consultative, relationship-driven sales environment and easily develops new relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory and account plans to drive new logo acquisition and account expansion
  • Identify, qualify, and close SAP and ERP platform services opportunities including:
    • S/4HANA implementations and upgrades
    • RISE with SAP initiatives
    • Managed services and AMS
    • Functional and technical staffing engagements
    • Project-based consulting services
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with CIOs, VPs of IT, ERP Directors, and business stakeholders
  • Partner with recruiting, delivery, and leadership teams to align solutions with client needs
  • Lead the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and close
  • Manage pipeline forecasting, CRM updates, and revenue targets
  • Drive client meetings, discovery sessions, and proposal development
  • Stay informed on SAP roadmap and ERP market trends

Required Qualifications

  • 2–5+ years of experience selling IT services, professional services, or staffing solutions
  • Experience in SAP or ERP-related sales strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to generate new business and close enterprise-level deals
  • Strong understanding of ERP transformation initiatives and consulting delivery models
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Preferred Experience

  • Experience selling SAP S/4HANA, ECC, or cloud transformation initiatives or staffing models
