Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a client contact and support to various clients.
  • Support the internal team and the client by building and maintaining trusting client relationships while supporting high-quality work and seamlessly assist in implementing projects.
  • Conduct calls, provide meeting minutes, prepare reports, and update clients on a regular basis.
  • Set up new customer projects in project management software (managing various marketing projects)
  • Pull, analyze, consolidate, and distribute performance analytics on a regular basis.
  • Collaborate with the team to support internal and external content development efforts.
  • Provide writing support across a variety of types, including newsletters, press releases, e-mails, websites, and general marketing content and communications.
  • Responsible for proofing final edits of all customer-facing documentation and presentation materials, including customer newsletters, emails, online and print advertisements, and collateral materials.
  • Assist with event planning for client working with internal and external teams.
