This position will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing relationships with the company's clients. The Assistant Account Manager’s primary responsibility is understanding client needs, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. This person will serve as the liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and the successful delivery of products or services. The role requires a combination of strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as a client contact and support to various clients.
- Support the internal team and the client by building and maintaining trusting client relationships while supporting high-quality work and seamlessly assist in implementing projects.
- Conduct calls, provide meeting minutes, prepare reports, and update clients on a regular basis.
- Set up new customer projects in project management software (managing various marketing projects)
- Pull, analyze, consolidate, and distribute performance analytics on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with the team to support internal and external content development efforts.
- Provide writing support across a variety of types, including newsletters, press releases, e-mails, websites, and general marketing content and communications.
- Responsible for proofing final edits of all customer-facing documentation and presentation materials, including customer newsletters, emails, online and print advertisements, and collateral materials.
- Assist with event planning for client working with internal and external teams.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
