  • Conduct regular property visits to inspect service quality, cleanliness, employee performance, and overall compliance with company standards.
  • Build and maintain positive and professional relationships with property managers, clients, onsite supervisors, and employees.
  • Serve as a point of contact for routine client requests, concerns, and operational needs.
  • Communicate client feedback, service concerns, and property needs to the Senior Portfolio Manager and appropriate internal departments.
  • Support onsite supervisors and employees in completing daily responsibilities and meeting established service expectations.
  • Assist with coordinating staffing needs, schedule changes, call-outs, employee coverage, and open positions within assigned properties.

  • Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, performance, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with coaching and providing guidance to employees and supervisors when performance or service issues are identified.
  • Conduct routine quality inspections and follow up on corrective actions when necessary.
  • Help ensure that each property is operating according to the established scope of work, company standards, and client expectations.
  • Identify potential operational or service issues and communicate them proactively before they negatively impact service quality or the client relationship.
  • Assist the Senior Portfolio Manager with client meetings, property transitions, special projects, and account-related initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of property visits, client communications, employee concerns, inspections, and operational follow-ups.
  • Support the implementation of company safety procedures and help ensure employees follow established safety requirements.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to strengthen leadership, client relations, problem-solving, and portfolio management skills.
  • Perform other account management and operational duties as assigned.
Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, operations, property management, facilities services, commercial cleaning, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, employees, and internal teams.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple properties, responsibilities, and priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality service standards.
  • Ability to identify problems, communicate concerns, and assist in developing practical and timely solutions.
  • Ability to work independently while also receiving direction, coaching, and guidance from a Senior Portfolio Manager.
  • Ability to handle sensitive employee and client situations professionally and confidentially.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, and company management systems.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required for regular travel between assigned properties.
