How we LEAD:
We're looking for a Coordinator, A&R Administration to join a fast-paced, high-visibility team that supports recording projects acrosssix major labels. This role sits at the center of the creative process-helping A&R, Finance, Business & Legal Affairs, and Production keep projects moving, budgets accurate, and payments on track. How you'll CREATE:

  • Own vendor maintenance end-to-end (adds/updates), including guiding payees through the Uniport portal registration process; partner closely with Financial Services' Vendor Team and serve as the primary contact for new payees tied to new signings.
  • Input Purchase Order Requests into Uniport and track approvals to ensure timely processing.
  • Coordinate travel and accurately code recording-related costs.
  • Manage accounts payable activity in partnership with Corporate Finance; help troubleshoot payment and budget issues with A&R.
  • Deliver strong customer service to internal and external partners-ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and clear guidance throughout the recording process.
  • File and process union-related contracts (SAG-AFTRA and AFM) as applicable; gather tax forms and required paperwork to support compliance.
  • Prepare reports, project summaries, and budget status updates for cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Maintain organized documentation and accurate records to support proper auditing and corporate compliance.

What success looks like (first 90 days):

  • Vendor setups and Uniport submissions are accurate, complete, and processed on time.
  • Purchase orders and coding are clean, consistent, and easy to track.
  • Key stakeholders (A&R/Finance/Production) have timely updates and fewer last-minute escalations.
