Your Mission
We're seeking a Manager to join our A&R team in LA. This role will be responsible for discovering Pop emerging talent, building relationships across the creative community, and supporting artists through the early stages of their development. The ideal candidate has a strong ear for great music, a deep understanding of current trends, and the ability to use both instinct and data to identify opportunities. This position works cross-functionally with marketing, publicity, and other internal teams to help position artists for success.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Discover and evaluate new artists and bands through live shows, digital platforms, social media, and industry networks.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with artists, managers, producers, songwriters, and the broader creative community.
  • Review demo submissions and coordinate the preparation of A&R research and evaluation materials.
  • Monitor industry buzz, streaming activity, social engagement, and other data insights to identify promising talent.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with artists and their teams throughout the discovery and development process.
  • Act as a key point of contact between potential artists and the A&R team.
  • Partner with internal teams-including marketing, publicity, and other label departments-to support artist development and project planning.
  • Assist with A&R coordination including scheduling meetings, preparing materials for internal discussions, and organizing artist-related information.

Pay Range
$70,000 - $75,000 per annum
