WHAT YOULL DO:

The Resource & Referral (R&R) Supervisor provides leadership, supervision, and support to the R&R team to ensure high-quality service delivery and program success. This role is responsible for coaching, training, and evaluating employees: fostering professional growth; interpreting and communicating program regulations, funding requirements, and policies; and supporting program development through improved procedures, materials, outreach, and community engagement.

Combination of education and relevant experience in early childhood education, child care, family services, human services, or a related field demonstrating leadership and supervisory experience.

Experience implementing program operations with a focus on compliance, monitoring, reporting, and contract requirements preferred.

Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with employees, families, providers, and community partners.
