Location: Lebanon, IN (not  bus accessible)
Pay: $15.95–$16.94/hr
Shift: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift openings
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Job Type: Temp-to-hire 

A Lebanon company that makes organic baby food is hiring Packers for temp-to-hire openings on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift. No experience is required. 

You’ll pack baby food jars and pouches coming off the production line so they’re ready to ship. This is a good fit if you want hands-on work, weekly paydays, and overtime opportunities when available. 

Pay depends on shift:
• 1st Shift: $15.95/hr
• 2nd Shift: $16.44/hr
• 3rd Shift: $16.94/hr 

Schedules include:
• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: Monday–Friday, 11:00 PM–7:30 AM 

Packer duties include:
• Take baby food jars or pouches off the production line
• Pack finished products into boxes
• Check products and packaging for quality
• Stack and arrange packed goods as instructed
• Prepare packages for shipment
• Keep up with the speed of the machine 

Packer Qualifications:
• Comfortable standing throughout your shift
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible to work a different shift depending on business need
• Able to follow written and spoken instructions provided in English
