Iron Route LLC is a brand-new, locally owned and operated Amazon Delivery Service Partner launching in the Revere, Massachusetts area, and we are hiring our founding team of Delivery Drivers.

We are seeking to hire 20 delivery drivers immediately. Full-time, part-time, and weekend positions available.

Job Description

Compensation: $24.25 per hour 

Shift Time(s): This is a full-time role and includes four 10-hour shifts per week, including at least one weekend day. Schedules are created in advance. Shift blocks are Sunday-Wednesday, Wednesday-Saturday, and weekend shifts. 

Anticipated start date on 30 June, with paid training beginning immediately.

As a Delivery Associate at Iron Route LLC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring orders are delivered promptly and accurately within the community! You will start and end your day at Amazon Warehouse: DMH9.

    Qualifications

    Delivery Driver Responsibilities:

    • Safely operate your delivery vehicle and follow all traffic laws throughout your route during the day.
    • Use a handheld device for routing and customer delivery information.
    • Deliver packages to homes, apartments, and businesses with a smile.
    • Load and unload packages, and lift items up to 50 lbs.
    • Deliver products to customers in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.
    • Report any issues or problems to management immediately.
    • Provide friendly, professional service that represents Iron Route well.
    • Work safely and comfortably in varying weather conditions: this is an active, outdoors, rewarding job.

    As a Delivery Driver, You’ll Need:

    • To be at least 21 years old 
    • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
    • Ability to lift and carry heavy packages up to 50lbs
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Comfortable driving and working outdoors in all conditions
