This is an entrepreneurial team with real growth potential, based on how effectively the work is led and how proactively opportunities get brought forward. This role plays a key part in:

This is client-facing, revenue-connected work, and precision and judgment carry real weight. It is a role for someone who takes real ownership of how work is planned, staffed and delivered, holds quality across many moving parts, and anticipates what comes next.

    • Anticipate needs and surface risks and opportunities early, before they require escalation
    • Know when to bring in the details and when to summarize at a high level, calibrating for each audience, the client, the Executive Director, the Chief of Staff and the Group Account Director, so their time and attention go where they matter most

    • Direct plans, timelines, resourcing and priorities for a cross-functional team, keeping many moving parts aligned and on track
    • Protect margins, manage costs and ensure accurate, timely billing across the account
    • Design and implement the processes, templates and ways of working that keep a broad account running efficiently
    • Support SOW tracking across owned work streams
    • Partner with the Program Director on timelines, resourcing and project mechanics for owned work streams, keeping them informed so the account's cross-project tracker stays current
    • Guide externally published work through multi-stakeholder approval, including legal, data governance and investor relations, without losing momentum

    • Communicate recommendations with clarity and confidence across written and verbal formats, including to client leadership
    • Develop and deliver presentations to Trade School and client teams in a clear, persuasive manner
    • Evaluate new requests against the scope of work and advise on fit, impact and approach
  • Uphold quality and standards
    • Hold the work to a high standard across every work stream, knowing that what publishes reflects on the client externally and equips their sales team to sell
    • Consistently evaluate creative and content against strategy and the client's needs
    • Present complex concepts and solutions clearly to internal teams and clients alike
    • Navigate difficult conversations with professionalism and sound judgment
  • Develop the team
