Position: Sales Director

Status: In Office, Full Time

Location: HQ is located in Fort Lauderdale, FL

As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving sales strategies, building a high-performance sales culture, and ensuring revenue targets are achieved. The Opportunity

  • Leading, mentoring, and inspiring the Sales Agent and Retention Department to meet individual and team revenue goals.
  • Corresponding with other cross-functional departments to align sales strategies and goals, including:
    •  The Future Agent Department Manager to guide, support, and direct various departmental operations. 
    • The QA team to manage agent compliance. 
  • Fostering a positive and collaborative team culture focused on achieving excellence and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Managing attendance reporting for transparence and approving hours for payroll submissions.
  • Collaborating on learning and training updates and training materials on our LMS to improve professional development and train new agents, including scheduling agent shadowing.
  • Implementing KPIs, monitoring and reporting on performance trends to ensure all Sales Teams stay inline or above performance goals.
  • Conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Automate spiff tracking for agents
  • Facilitating vendor feedback transparency.
  • Managing the liaison during the schooling and licensing process for Sales Agents.
  • Facilitating communication for call review and issue resolution. 
  • Developing the captains to manage their teams better and understand their teams better as a person.
  • Managing call routing on agent priorities dash.
  • Maintaining a positive remote and in office work culture. 
  • Onboarding new agents, performance management, implementing our agent monetary fining program, documenting company violations and Terminating agents.


What you bring to the table

  • You have proven sales experience, leading a team in the Health Insurance industry and/ or sales call center.
  • You have in-depth knowledge of the health insurance industry, products, regulations, and market trends.
  • You have strong leadership and motivational skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
  • You have effective written and verbal communication skills to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess sales processes, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
  • You have demonstrated knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance requirements to ensure that operations adhere to industry standards.
  • You are detail oriented and digilent in overseeing XXX
  • You are results-driven with a demonstrated ability to motivate your team to exceed sales targets by implementing bonus and incentive programs.
  • You are tech savvy and able to leverage tools (i.e. Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc) and systems to enhance operational efficiency.
  • You are a continuous learner and interested in staying informed about industry best practices, emerging trends, and technological advancements.


Location & Hours

  • Our office is located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.  We are looking for someone that can commute daily to our Office with WFH flexibility.
  • Hours of operation will be from 9 AM-7 PM Monday-Thursday, 9AM-5PM Friday.


Compensation

Salary Range: $115- 125K USD annually + Bonus
