Join a Forbes Five-Star, AAA Five-Diamond resort where excellence drives results. We are seeking a high-impact Associate Director of Sales to lead group-driven revenue strategy while supporting key leisure opportunities.

This is a senior-level role for a proven performer in luxury resort or high-end hotel salesโ€”someone who understands pace, production, and how to close business at the highest level.

What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Drive group sales revenue across corporate, incentive, and social segments
  • Partner with the Director of Sales on budget achievement, forecasting, and pace strategy
  • Own and grow a portfolio of high-value accounts and repeat group business
  • Lead site visits, presentations, and contract negotiations with executive-level clients
  • Analyze market trends, booking pace, and production reports to adjust strategy
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless execution of group experiences
