A Day in the Life of the HR Manager:
You will play a pivotal role in managing various HR functions supporting the organization in achieving its strategic goals while ensuring our organization has a strong and effective HR presence.
Your Areas of Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze HR data to implement HR strategies and initiatives.
- Oversee all recruitment efforts, including engaging in employee orientation sessions.
- Partner with senior management to review and approve salary offers, promotions, and adjustments.
- Keep up with market trends with compensation and benefits.
- Manage employee relations and improve work relationships, morale, productivity, and retention.
- Support Accounting/Payroll Manager with compensation and benefits.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5-7 years of progressive HR experience including best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Proven track record in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS software.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP).
