Job description

Location: remote in Eastern or Central time zone, USA (with some travel)
Compensation: $90-$100k base plus bonus
Our client is a fast-growing global technology firm providing IT consulting and solutions to industries ranging from financial services to manufacturing, The company seeks an experienced HR Operations Manager for its US division, who will report to its US Head of Human Resources.
The HR Operations Manager's purview will include HRIS systems and data, compensation and benefits, and compliance. This role will ensure compliance in matters of US labor laws and employment, C&B programs, and employee relations. The manager will be responsible for ensuring the company has a strong, competitive compensation program supporting its high-performing culture.
Key Responsibilities of the HR Operations Manager - US:
• Enable payroll process transition from a PEO-based system.
• Work on regular benchmarks of the company's salary ranges and pay structures against other companies in the industry.
• Assist in negotiating better benefits for the US team
• Owner of the global HRIS system
• Keep the firm compliant on state employment regulations
• Manage employee relations investigations
• Build the philosophy for global compensation and benefits
• Help with identifying best practices for retaining and building employer brand
• Assist with execution of global HR initiatives and compliance milestones
Qualifications of the HR Operations Manager - US:
• Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or SHRM certification.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience in IT, Consulting, or Professional Services Industries.
• Strong knowledge of US labor laws and compliance.
• Data-driven mindset with HRIS/analytics expertise (Experience with Workday, Trinet, or similar platforms)
• Experience working in global/matrixed environments and collaborating across geographies.
• Able to travel to US office locations as needed
