  • Build and maintain the job architecture and pay-band structure, recommending updates as new roles are created and the organization scales

  • Partner with the VP of HR on the annual compensation cycle - merit and adjustment recommendations, internal equity reviews, and external competitiveness by grade

  • Maintain compensation data and documentation in Workday and support pay decisions for offers, promotions, and transfers

401(k) & Plan Administration

  • Administer the company 401(k) plan, including eligibility, enrollments, contribution changes, and coordination with the recordkeeper and payroll

  • Coordinate annual nondiscrimination and compliance testing (ADP/ACP, top-heavy) and ensure adherence to ERISA requirements and filing deadlines

  • Maintain fiduciary documentation and a clean audit trail for all plan activity

Employee Support & Escalations

  • Serve as the main contact for employee questions and HR-related issues

  • Manage and resolve escalations in a timely and professional manner

  • Ensure consistent and high-quality communication with employees

  • Maintain appropriate documentation and follow up on all cases

  • Partner with other HR team members to support mobility & immigration

HR Transactions & Data Management

  • Execute high-volume HR system transactions, including new hires, employee changes (transfers, promotions, status updates), and terminations

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in Workday

  • Ensure data integrity and completeness across all HR systems

Process & Operations Management
