THE ROLE

The Executive Director, Human Resources - Hospitality Division serves as the senior Human Resources executive supporting Legends' Hospitality Division and is a trusted strategic advisor to the President of Hospitality and theirLeadership Team. This role develops and executes enterprise-widepeoplestrategies that drive business performance, strengthen organizational capability, and position the Hospitality Division for continued growth and operational excellence.

Leading a geographically dispersed Human Resources organization, the Executive Director provides strategic oversight toa team ofRegional Human Resources Directors supporting the East, West, Central, Midwest, Live Nation, and Integrations business units, while also providing leadership to the Director of Human Resources responsible for the Merchandise Division. This role ensures a consistent, high-quality Human Resources partnership across all operations while balancing enterprise priorities with the unique needs of each business.

The Executive Director partners closely with executive leadership to influence organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, talent management, leadership development, employee relations, change management, compliance, and business transformation initiatives.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Executive Business Partnership

  • Serve as the senior Human Resources Business Partner to the President of Hospitality and Hospitality Leadership Team.

  • Participate as a member of the Hospitality Leadership Team, contributing to strategic planning, operational priorities, financial discussions, and long-term business initiatives.

  • Influence executive decision-making through strategic HR guidance grounded in businessobjectivesand workforce analytics.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor on leadership effectiveness, succession planning, executive coaching, and organizational health.

Human Resources Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop Regional Human Resources Directors supporting East, West, Central, Midwest, Live Nation,Integrationsand the Merchandise Division.

  • Establish performance expectations, accountability, and leadership development plans.

  • Ensure consistent execution of HR programs across the Hospitality Division.

Organizational Effectiveness

  • Lead organizational design and workforce planning initiatives.

  • Drive succession planning and leadership pipeline development.

  • Evaluate organizational effectiveness using workforce analytics and business metrics.

  • Recommend improvements that strengthen productivity and leadership capability.

Talent Strategy & Leadership Development

  • Develop enterprise talent strategies to attract,retain, and develop leaders.

  • Partner with Learning & Developmentonexecutive coaching and leadership programs.

  • Guide senior leaders through performance management and talent reviews.

Employee Relations & Risk Management

  • Provide executive oversight of complex employee relations matters, investigations, reorganizations, and reductions in force.

  • Partner with Employment Counsel to mitigate legal risk and ensure compliance.

  • Ensure consistent application of company policies and employment practices.

Business Transformation

  • Lead HR support for acquisitions, integrations, restructures, and strategic growth initiatives.

  • Develop change management strategies that support successful organizational transformation.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, HR Administration, HR Investigations, Learning & Development, Employment Counsel, Payroll, Finance, and Operations Leadership to deliver integrated HR solutions.

Operational Excellence

  • Establish HR priorities aligned with divisional and corporateobjectives.

  • Leverage workforce analytics to support executive decision-making.

  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Travel throughout North America to support operations and executive leadership.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Hospitality experiencestronglyrequired

  • 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience

  • 5+ years leading HR leaders in a multi-location organization

  • Executive partnership experience with senior operational leadership

  • Experience leading organizational change, integrations, workforce planning, and talent strategy

  • Strong employment law and employee relationsexpertise

  • Bachelor's degreepreferred, or equivalent education and work experience

  • SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred

  • Workday experience preferred

COMPENSATION

Competitive salary,commensuratewith experience, and a generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and 401k plan.

Salary Range:$155,000 - $165,000
