In the Partner Success Specialist role, you will be exposed to and have the opportunity to influence both sales and support processes.

Responsibilities:

• Assist our independent sales partners with new account onboarding and setup.
• Provide exceptional service to our partners, addressing inquiries and account changes
• Collaborate with the sales and support teams to execute strategies for business growth.
• Stay updated on industry trends and developments to provide informed recommendations to clients.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, partner support or merchant services preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
