Job Summary:

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate data entry in a fast-paced environment as well as administrative support to the call center staff and affiliates in accordance with financial institution policies and procedures
  • Update and maintain master file records
  • Prepare customer correspondence
  • Receive and process incoming mail and faxes
  • Disburse funds for wire transfers
  • Order checks, debit, and ATM cards
  • Balance daily
  • Perform other duties to service internal and external customers as directed by the Operations Manager or designee
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Competencies To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

  • Must have excellent phone skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to perform at or above department average with little to no direct supervision while meeting all deadlines

Education/Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred and a minimum of one year related experience and/or training in a financial institution setting with an emphasis on deposits

Computer Skills:

  • Basic computer skills including the ability to use electronic mail, internet, and Microsoft Office products
