Your Potential Role:
Denark has an opening for an IT Help Desk and System Support position, who will provide technical support to users by diagnosing and resolving issues, and maintaining workstations and computer systems.
Your Responsibilities:
· Assist end-users in resolving hardware and software issues.
· Diagnose problems and perform troubleshooting activities with the end-user.
· Document, track and monitor problems to facilitate timely resolutions.
· Install, test, monitor, upgrade and repair computer systems and peripherals.
· Support internal and external networks.
· Resolve system and network issues by assisting network and system administrators.
· Occasionally travel to job sites to perform troubleshooting activities.
· Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:Your Credentials & Skill Set:
· Minimum Associates or technical degree in a related computer field.
· Preferred one year working in an IT department supporting end-users.
· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and permissions on folders.
· Understanding of how Outlook and mobile devices connect to Microsoft Exchange.
· Ability to configure and troubleshoot Windows (10-11), printers, PC hardware, Virtual desktops, network printers, and Microsoft Office (2016 to M365).
· Familiarity with cloud computing and IT cybersecurity measures.
