The Director of Academic Digital Strategy and Curriculum Design has responsibility for the overall strategy for course offerings and design on the distributed network (platform) and for integration with PSR’s stackable curriculum and graduate program offerings. Reporting primarily to the Executive Director of Ignite, the Director is also a faculty associate reporting to the VP for Academic Affairs and Dean of the Faculty. The director will support faculty and other instructors on the platform by providing training and creating guides for curriculum design towards developing pedagogically sound in-person and online courses, programs and other instructional materials. The Director will also assist the Dean and ALO to strengthen the faculty’s capacity around assessment and alignment to institutional mission and outcomes and to create a plan for Institutional Research that supports the mission.
