RN Clinical Director

We are looking for an RN Clinical Director to join our family in the Lebanon, TN area!

Daily Responsibilities: 

• The RN Clinical Director providers support and management of the Home Health team.
• Duties include management of general issues as needed, acting as main contact for assistance to nursing staff, executing strong decision-making skills.
• Participates in the interviewing and hiring process as well as training for new employees.
• Assists in development and improvement of overall facility and patient care.

• Clear and active RN license in Tennessee
• Must have BSN
• 3+ Years of Leadership Experience
• Hospice or End-of-Life Care Experience

• Mon-Fri, 8-5pm

• Permanent Opportunity
• Competitive salary as an RN ($79,872-$101,504) | highly dependent on years of experience
• Sign-on bonus of $15,000
