Director, Sales & Operations Planning

Litehouse is seeking an experience Director, Sales &Operations Planning to join our team in Sandpoint, ID. This position is hybrid in Sandpoint, ID.
The Director of S&OP is a process improvement leader responsible for the transformation to best-in-class demand and supply chain planning capabilities for Litehouse. The role is a highly visible, strategic leadership role responsible for upgrading processes & technology throughout the supply chain with an emphasis on Demand Planning and S&OP. The Director will set vision and direction for these functional areas, as well as building out network optimization processes and tools, and leading in implementation of the optimization plan. The role works closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Production, and Supply Chain, to drive continuous improvement and excellence in demand and supply planning in alignment with the company's strategic plan.
What you will do
- Develop and implement a comprehensive S&OP strategy that aligns with the company's business goals and objectives. Drive the S&OP process to achieve consensus on a single Operating plan that balances supply and demand while maximizing revenue and minimizing costs.
- Manage Demand Planning team's performance, talent development, and department objectives to support supply chain strategy and drive a single company Operating plan.
- Define KPI's for S&OP, Demand, and supply chain operations, constantly refining the model to ensure accountability and performance management.
- Drive continuous improvement in supply chain network efficiency and optimization by leading cross-functional teams and projects toward transformation and modernization of Litehouse supply chain network systems and processes.
- Stay informed on supply chain best practices, emerging technologies, top-rated vendors, and process enhancements, identifying implementation opportunities for Litehouse.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
- MBA or graduate degree in related field preferred.
- 10+ years' experience in supply chain planning, S&OP leadership, operations management, strategic planning required.
- Five or more years' experience leading high-performing supply chain teams.
- APICS CPIM or CSCP certification preferred.
- Lean Six-Sigma certification (black belt) preferred.
- Food manufacturing experience preferred.

- Technical ability to acquire, organize, and communicate detailed information across all levels of the organization.
- Executive-level leadership commitment and talent.
- Ability to apply strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills to manage priorities and workflow while being versatile, flexible.
- Advanced skills in Quantrix, Tableau, MS Excel, Word, and Power Point
