Annual Salary Range: $105,000 - $135,000 (with bonuses and annual increases)

Responsibilities:

• 👩‍⚕️ Provide leadership for planning, management, and implementation of Med-Surg unit operations.

Qualifications:

• 🎓 Bachelor's degree in nursing (higher education preferred) with 5-10+ years of RN experience.
• 🩺 Progressive leadership experience (Manager-level or higher) in acute care settings.
• 🏥 Med/Surg, PCU/stepdown, or cardiac unit experience required.
• 📋 Certifications: ACLS, BCLS, NIH Stroke Scale, and APRN or RN licensure.
