  • Design and implement IREG's enterprise-wide leadership development strategy.
  • Build structured leadership pathways for emerging leaders, managers, directors, and executive talent.
  • Develop and launch Management-in-Training (MIT), Executive-in-Training (EIT), and other leadership pipeline programs.
  • Create succession planning frameworks that strengthen leadership continuity across the organization.
  • Partner with executive leadership to identify workforce needs, capability gaps, and future talent requirements.
  • Establish talent review and high-potential employee identification processes.
  • Build internal mobility and career progression programs that support retention and employee growth.
  • Develop leadership curriculum, coaching initiatives, mentoring programs, and development experiences.

Who This Role Is For
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Psychology, or a related field required.
  • Master's degree strongly preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in leadership development, talent management, workforce planning, organizational development, learning & development, or related disciplines.
  • Proven experience building leadership development programs, succession planning frameworks, or enterprise talent strategies.
  • Experience supporting multi-site organizations, service-based industries, healthcare, hospitality, retail, senior living, multifamily housing, or similar environments preferred.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and partner with senior leadership teams.
  • Demonstrated success designing programs from concept through implementation and measurable outcomes.
  • Experience utilizing workforce analytics and talent data to drive business decisions.
