The role of Director of Partnerships is a pivotal position with Organifi's rapidly growing global partnership program. You will be focused on establishing new partnership relationships and growing existing partnerships to take our health brand to the next level.

We are looking for a high-energy communicator who is organized, collaborative, and passionate about building broad, deep relationships with a large network of creators and thought leaders. 

This role will require outstanding capabilities in relationship building, business development, negotiating, analytical thinking, problem solving, leadership, working with a team, and original thinking to always improve and challenge current ways of working and processes that are in place.

Roles & Responsibilities 

• Grow existing base of performance partners including: Podcast Partners and Influencers (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc) who are already generating significant revenue and ROI
• Expand existing partnerships through email drops, social mentions, etc, with an emphasis on current and prospective whitelisting partners.
• Aggressively expand Business Development efforts, generating new partnerships that meet growth and ROI goals
• Create the growth plan, outline growth goals and objectives and manage the department (team towards achieving the goals)
• Responsible for ensuring department KPIs reporting and responsible for hitting revenue goals / driving business results.
• Implement and lead C Suite level strategic conversations to increase revenue
• Review, approve, & sign contracts with new & existing partners
• Create the founding structure of the Partnership Department, accountability, and educate the rest of the team.
• Maintain high level strategy through Magellan AI, reporting, Google Analytics, events, creating promos, cross collaborations with marketing & ecomm (new landing page designs, new copy, monthly promos & new product launches)
• Consistently develop industry expertise - Attending conferences (live & zoom), joining networking groups with peer’s companies, sourcing opportunities and meeting partners 
• This position is head of the department, with strategic freedom to achieve growth goals and reporting directly to the CEO & CMO

Position Requirements

• 3+ years of Partnership Marketing experience required
• Pre-existing presence and relationships in a similar industry
• A high-energy, organized, passionate go-getter who can keep up with our rapid growth within social partnerships
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a consistent “can-do” attitude
• Organizational skills to help scale this fast-growing Influencer channel
• High follow through with partners and internal team. 
• Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to manage multiple work streams at once
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills all while being driven by performance
• Ability to review campaigns and provide analytical recommendations
• A full life outside of work with personal passions & hobbies
