Assembler Details:

• Temp-to-Hire​
• Train on 1st shift at a rate of $14.50/hour
• Most opportunities are on 2nd shift, paying $15.00/hour
• Some positions are available on 3rd shift, paying $14.90/hour
• Pay increases after 30 and 60 days of employment!
• $16.75/hour, plus shift differential of $.80 upon permanent hire (90 days)
• 29 days of PTO/ Holidays once perm

Assembler Job Details:

• Use hog rings, guns, drills, screwdrivers, wire cutters, mallets and other equipment to perform a wide variety of production operations
• Work with foam and air bags
• Assemble seats

Assembler Qualifications:

• Must be able to stand on feet for long periods of time and lift up to 35 pounds
• Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen
• Need to be flexible in hours: training is on 1st shift, but will transfer to 2nd or 3rd shift hours
• Must have a high school diploma or GED
• Good work history is a plus!
