Customer Service Specialist

This key individual would be a Personal Account Manager for key accounts and customer service to our logistics team. We are always evolving and growing and the individual we need must have the ability to grown with the organization and expand their position. The candidates we seek have to be professional, productive and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct phone calls
• Organize and schedule appointments
• Logistics and dispatch experience a plus
• Initiate service orders
• Assist in updating customers
• Update and maintain office policies and procedures
• Create and update technician schedules
• Create service job estimates
• Provide general support to service technicians
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external customers and vendors

Skills

• Proven experience as an customer service representative or associate
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedure
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• This person must be able to multi-task by scheduling appointments and assist with in-coming calls. Position requires the handling of:

• Dealer & extended warranty accounts for scheduling new customer service appointments and updates

  Our company is team based, and very supportive. This professional individual must be able to work from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00, with alternating Saturdays.
