Job Description

We are a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP) specializing in providing comprehensive IT solution to business. Our mission to deliver exceptional service and innovative solution to help our clients thrive in the digital age.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing a local team and managing our MSP sales and service portfolio. This individual will play a crucial role in driving business growth, maintaining client satisfaction, and ensuring operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to local team of IT Professionals.
Set clear goals and objectives that are aligned with the company’s strategic vision.
Foster a collaborative and innovation work environment that encourages professional development and growth.
Oversee the management and delivery of our MSP service portfolio.
Ensure quality and effectiveness of service delivery, meeting SLAs and exceeding client expectations.
Continuously evaluate and optimize service offerings to align with industry trends and client demands.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor.
Work with sales and clients to understand requirements and create SOW’s.
Partner with sales and marketing teams to develop comprehensive go to market strategies.
Collaborate with vCIO’s to identify upsell opportunities, ultimately driving revenue and growth and strengthening client relationships.
Collaborate and leverage SMEs with expertise in specialized areas relevant to compute, storage, networking, and security. Look for cross training opportunities for the MSP Team.
Proactively address client concerns and issues, seeking opportunities to add value and enhance the client experience.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key vendors to ensure access to cutting-edge technology solutions and favorable pricing.
Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction, gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
Implement efficient processes and workflows to optimize operational efficiency and resource utilization.

Qualifications

Must have proven experience in a leadership role within the MSP industry, with a track record of driving sales growth and delivering exceptional service.
Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and managed services.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA MSP, CISM or CISSP are a plus.
