Capacity Sourcing Analyst - Night Shift, Team Lead

As aOperations - Night Shift, Team Lead, you will be responsible to coordinate all processes and functions of shipment planning and freight movement. You will be helping our customers move their inventory in the most cost-effective way by identifying and providing logistics solutions as well as providing visibility to management and clients in the form of tracking & tracing, auditing, researching, and troubleshooting all operational issues.

What does the position require?

• Oversee growth and management of a team of dispatchers
  Cultivate talent through mentoring, coaching and developing team daily
  Analyze team's performance and provide timely reports to the Executive Team on plans to sustain current business while growing new business
  Boost team morale and encourage employee individual growth
  Maintain and grow solid relationships with current client key stakeholders
  Oversee and manage current client activities and serve as an escalation point
  Ensure clients expectations are being met and exceeded
  Display a best-in-class mentality ensuring carrier coverage and execution of account SOPs
  Utilization of industry leading technology to provide data and visibility
  Manage the movement of client's goods, ensuring that they are picked up, transported and delivered on time to the client's satisfaction
  Continuously have up to date market knowledge to determine and negotiate pricing to clients and carriers successfully.

**Schedule: 5 days a week, Sunday-Thursday from 7PM-5AM**
