Position Summary
o Job will be responsible for all components of sales. With a geographic focus on Lancaster and Berks Counties
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
o Sell and service portfolio of products to assigned territory
o Maintain call frequency as per standards
o Implement and execute the monthly volume, distribution and merchandising goals
o Ensure product rotation
o Performs all other job-related duties as assigned
Experience / Education, Certifications
o Required: None
o Preferred: Some field sales experience
o College experience
Knowledge and Competencies
o Ability to multitask
o Strong organizational skills
o Ability to work independently and with a team
Representative Machines, Tools, Equipment And/or Software Used:
o IPads
o EoStar reporting tool
o Basic computer requirements a must with an understanding of excel, powerpoint,
and other office software
Environmental / Atmospheric Working Conditions:
o 90% field time coincides with related weather conditions
o Some time spent doing orders / inventories in walk in coolers
Supervisory Responsibilities:
o This position has no supervisory responsibilities
Additional Eligibility Qualifications:
o Must have valid drivers license and maintain active auto insurance
o Demonstrate ability to use good judgement
