Director of Sales & Marketing

The Director of Sales will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving sales growth for our organization. You will work closely with our team to identify new business opportunities, build and maintain customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.

• Lead and motivate a sales team to drive sales growth and achieve targets
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to meet the company's objectives
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify potential business opportunities
• Maintain and improve sales processes and systems
• Provide guidance and support to the sales team in the negotiation and closure of deals
• Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports to track sales performance
• Hiring and onboarding of new sales staff and offboarding of underperforming sales staff
• Develop and deploy marketing strategy and tactics
• Manage all internal and outsourced marketing resources
• Supervise all visual content including photos and videos to support the company's marketing initiatives

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies
• Knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Highly proficient computer skills with experience in Google Workspace and software applications
