What You'll Do as: electronic packaging engineer
- Analyze customer and system requirements
- Develop high-level and detailed designs
- Validate designs through review, testing, and analysis
- Identify and track technical performance measures
- Provide engineering support throughout product lifecycle
Preferred Candidate Might:
- 5 or more years' experience with Bachelor's degree
- Experience in Electronic Packaging Design
- Mechanical CAD design and analysis experience
- Experience working with customers and suppliers
- Knowledge of filter and Integrated Passive Device concepts
