Packaging Equipment Engineer

Kdc/one is seeking a Packaging Equipment Engineer in Groveport, Ohio. 

As our Packaging Equipment Engineer, you’ll be behind the scenes optimizing our high-speed filling lines and packaging systems. You’ll lead the charge in continuous improvement, troubleshoot professionally, and bring cutting-edge technologies like 3D printing and scanning.

What You Will Do

  • Eliminate downtime and boost productivity

What You Bring (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience)
  • 7+ years in production environments (FDA regulated preferred)
  • Expertise in OEE, Lean Manufacturing, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and 3D tech
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to change
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
