North Carolina Sales Rep

Since 1995, Carolina Brewery has been brewing the freshest beer in North Carolina. Currently we have 2 locations: a 10 bbl brewpub in downtown Chapel Hill on historic Franklin Street and a second 15 bbl Pittsboro location that serves as both a brew pub and production facility. Our wholesale distribution encompasses North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee

Position Title: Field Sales Representative

Reports To : Director of Sales

Locations : NC Triangle & Western NC

Summary: Carolina Brewery's wholesale business is rapidly growing. We are seeking hard working, organized and competitive professionals to join our sales team for both the on and off premise markets.

Basic Duties and Responsibilities

-Increase distribution volume, identify new high volume accounts, expand brand offerings at existing accounts, and grow market territory

-Support distributors partners for successful sales

-Support grocery and retail chains for shelf execution and flow through

-Ensure follow through of all placements and promotional material

-Increase brand visibility and awareness

-Maintain consistent reporting and adherence to sales budgets

-Accountability for brand pillars and standards

Work cohesively with fellow sales representatives for overall success of Carolina Brewery

Qualification requirements

-21+ years of age

-One to three years of proven results-oriented experience in beverage sales

Certified Cicerone or Certified Beer Server (preferred)

-Ability to work independently or within a team to accomplish company goals

-Demonstrated ability to plan, manage and multitask

-Excellent problem solving and communication skills
