We're seeking a passionate individual with a keen eye for learning and development, who thrives on designing and delivering engaging training programs. In this role, you'll collaborate with subject matter experts to assess development needs, design innovative e-learning courses, and facilitate impactful training sessions for our diverse workforce. Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate individual and organizational development needs and assess the effectiveness of development plans.
  • Design, develop, and deliver engaging e-learning courses, workshops, and training sessions to meet identified needs.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to define content areas and ensure accuracy and relevance of training materials.
  • Assist in creating and executing comprehensive learning strategies and programs aligned with organizational goals.
  • Manage e-learning content within the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring it reflects the latest product/service offerings and policies.
  • Track budgets, negotiate contracts, and oversee the production, distribution, and organization of training materials.
  • Extract data from the LMS for analysis, and provide insightful reports on training completions, effectiveness, and operational metrics.
  • Present training sessions via eLearning platforms, virtual classrooms, and webinars, ensuring engaging and interactive delivery.
  • Support the coordination of on-site learning activities and facilitate both in-person and virtual training sessions on a regular basis.
  • Develop relationships with stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment of training initiatives with organizational needs.
  • Provide support materials and guidance to facilitate the rollout of training programs to internal teams and clients.
  • Utilize a variety of instructional methods to create and modify materials, ensuring they meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Assist in reviewing feedback from engagement surveys and develop actionable responses to address learning and development-related issues.
  • Organize curriculum to develop technical, customer service, and procedural skills, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate records of learning and development expenses, tracking budget use and ensuring fiscal responsibility
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:
  • This role is not remote and the selected candidate must be willing to work in person, out of the Dallas, Texas office.
  • Demonstrated passion for learning and development.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact comfortably with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of leasing technical and sales skills is advantageous.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-learning design and instructional product development.
  • Familiarity with HTML5, Articulate, and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Instructional Technology, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
