About Our Family

We are a busy, active family of four who recently relocated to the Costa Mesa area and are excited to build our new support structure as we settle into our home and community. Both parents are entrepreneurs who work together from home, managing extremely demanding yet deeply fulfilling careers with full schedules, frequent meetings, and regular family travel. Having someone who can proactively manage the details of our household and create ease in our day-to-day lives is essential to how we function.

We have two young daughters full of energy and personality, and our home is already supported by a full-time nanny. While this role is primarily focused on household management, we are looking for someone who naturally understands the rhythms and needs of young children and is comfortable stepping in when an extra set of hands is needed. The ideal person will be flexible, attentive, and able to recognize when support is needed, whether that means helping with transitions, assisting during busy moments, or jumping in to keep the household running smoothly.

Our family is highly intentional about health and wellness. We maintain a clean, chemical-free home and are very mindful about the products we use and the foods we consume. We value someone who shares an appreciation for healthy living and takes pride in maintaining a thoughtful, organized environment that reflects our family's standards.

We travel frequently as a family and love to host, which means our household requires someone who can manage the full arc of preparation, coordination, and reset. From preparing the home before guests arrive, to unpacking and restoring order after travel, this person will take ownership of the details that keep our household operating at a high level. We also manage an attached guest unit that is part of our property and part of this role.

We are looking for a highly experienced household professional who can confidently represent our family and our standards, whether coordinating with vendors, managing household projects, or overseeing details while we are traveling. The ideal candidate is polished, discreet, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership without needing constant direction. We have a warm, collaborative dynamic and are looking for someone who will become a trusted partner in creating a calm, organized, and well-run home.

Who You Are / What We're Looking For

You are a highly experienced household professional who knows how to anticipate needs, create order, and keep a sophisticated home running seamlessly. You do not need a roadmap to be effective; you walk into a space, quickly understand what needs attention, and confidently take ownership. You are highly attuned to the small details that make a home feel elevated and effortless, and you take pride in noticing what others may overlook.

You are confident in your judgment and comfortable making decisions, bringing forward ideas, and proactively finding solutions. You are not afraid to respectfully push back when you see a better approach, while also receiving feedback with openness and professionalism. You understand that strong partnerships are built through clear communication, trust, and a shared commitment to high standards.

You have a refined understanding of hospitality and know what it takes to execute elevated gatherings and events. From coordinating vendors and managing logistics to thoughtfully considering flowers, tablescapes, and the small touches that make guests feel cared for, you understand how to create a polished and memorable experience.

You are adaptable and willing to jump in wherever needed. While the family has a full-time nanny, you naturally understand the rhythms of young children and are comfortable being a supportive third set of hands when busy moments arise. You know how to step in, provide support, and help the household continue running smoothly.

You align naturally with a healthy, non-toxic lifestyle and are comfortable maintaining a home with intentional standards around wellness, organization, and cleanliness. You are discreet, polished, and professional, with a strong understanding of confidentiality and the importance of representing the family's values and expectations when working with vendors, guests, and household partners. You are someone who takes pride in being a trusted extension of the family and creating a home environment where everything feels thoughtfully managed.
