Job description

A private family of four is seeking an experienced House Manager to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and organization of two private residences. This hands-on role combines household management, vendor coordination, project management, and light administrative support. The House Manager will supervise a long-term housekeeper, coordinate vendors and contractors, and ensure both homes are maintained to the highest standards while serving as the family's primary point of contact for all household matters.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of two private residences.
  • Manage routine home maintenance and preventative care.
  • Coordinate home improvement projects, repairs, and renovations.
  • Hire, schedule, and supervise vendors, contractors, and service providers.
  • Manage and support the household housekeeper.
  • Conduct regular property walkthroughs to identify maintenance or organizational needs.
  • Organize storage areas and maintain household systems.
  • Assist with minor repairs, furniture moving, deliveries, and household errands.
