What you will do:


The Training Lead is the direct POC mirroring the tasks of the Training Manager in the stewardship of the Training group he/she leads. This covers overall communication, Program Support, and/or Leadership Support within the Training group. The Training Lead is thoroughly involved in onboarding new Trainers into his/her group and evaluating current Training and process improvement needs in the group. The Training Lead mentors and guides Trainers in effectively creating and delivering training development plans that support and enhance Lead and TM performance with materials and learning resources such as modules and learning guides/facilitator guides. The ideal candidate will have gained considerable exposure to Peak Support’s Training efforts and is a confident and effective communicator. In addition, this individual must be highly collaborative as he/she will often represent Training in Ops and Client touchpoints.

  • Develop initiatives to assess training needs in correlation to account performance
  • Conduct employee surveys and interviews as needed to determine training/coaching needs and/or opportunities
  • Consult with Program Leads, other Trainers, Managers, and the Leadership Team on all or any necessary Ops-Training collaboration
  • Track and maintain a database of all Training data within the group he/she leads (i.e. Trainer-Program assignments, Trainer Cross-Training, Soft Skills and Grammar Training Certification)
  • Communicate training needs and resources across PS departments/teams
  • Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials and conduct Training
  • Test and review created materials
  • Ensure the database of all training materials are updated
  • Lead the onboarding of new Trainers in his/her group
  • May work with external consultants/contractors for Training resources and technology
  • Evaluate TM performance and learning within the group he/she leads
  • Coordinate and monitor Training delivery and schedules

  • Proficiency in MS Office tools
  • Experience with technologies and best practices for instructional design and training delivery
  • Strict adherence to the PS Core Values
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work with various personalities and high-level interactions
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
  • Organized and able to create multiple timelines related to Training and Support
  • The Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Encouraging and highly able to mentor and lead
  • The ability to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
