CSR Supervisor- FULL TIME

Recruit, interview and review candidates for available departments positions

Handle and document all disciplinary issues or employee grievances with involvement of practice manager

Provide critical feedback as necessary and participate in annual employee reviews of the CSR team

Personally address complaints concerning the CSR department

Promptly address and deescalate upset clients and report to PM or Medical director

Establish, oversee, and maintain phase training programs and protocols for the CSR tram

Ensure team members are sufficiently trained

Organize and conduct weekly department meetings and in house continuing education for the CSR team

Ensure the delivery of excellent and compassionate care for all hospital patients and that animals are released in clean and appropriate condition

Announce changes in hospital hours of operation due to holidays, inclement weather, or staff training via social media

Assist with holiday decorations and staff event planning such as potlucks and parties

Manage and monitor daily work assignments for managed staff

Manage and monitor weekly, monthly, and quarterly cleaning lists for managed staff. Ensure cleanliness is maintained in all areas of the hospital

Create a schedule for the CSR department in an efficient manner consistent with budgetary goals and hospital needs

Order hospital supplies with the PM as needed

Monitor petty cash drawer and obtain change from the bank when needed

Exhibit and promote positive working relationships and efficient and effective communication between clients, DVMs, CSRs, Kennel, and Technician staff.

Understand and ensure compliance with the legal and ethical guidelines surrounding confidentiality of staff, clients, and patients

Enforce client credit policies as needed

Oversee appropriate and effective scheduling procedures consistent with the budgetary goals and hospital needs

Provide administrative assistance with organization of rabies and health certificates
