About The Job:
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the assigned sales territory. Responsible for managing the Retail sales team who are responsible for delivering in-home sales presentations, selling products and services in the home improvement space. Also responsible for managing the Insurance Restoration sales team who are responsible for canvassing, providing rooftop inspections for storm damage, and conducting adjustor meetings.
What You Can Expect To Do:
- Hire, train, develop and manage Retail Sales Reps & Insurance Restoration Experts
- Work collaboratively with the Recruiting Dept. to maintain staff and replace as needed
- Manage departmental payroll and other administrative duties in collaboration with Human Resources to include time and attendance
- Manage customer production cross functionally with Production department
- Co-Manage office budget in collaboration with accounting
- Work collaboratively with the Marketing Dept. on lead volume goals
- Work collaboratively with Call Center to manage lead quality and dispatching order
- Work collaboratively with Marketing dept. and Call Center Manager to ensure messaging and promotion is consistently being delivered over all channels
- Manage Office Manager tasks and responsibilities
- Prepare and present key performance metrics, and other reporting as needed, to executive management and owners
- Run sales leads, canvass, and conduct adjustor meetings as needed
- Perform rooftop inspections as needed and depending on individual comfort level in doing so
- Assist with setup, work, breakdown, and staffing of company events as needed
- Aid in supporting other Regional Managers as needed

What Your Background Looks Like:
- Bachelor's degree (desired) and a minimum of 5 years of outside, direct sales or call center sales experience and 5 years' experience in managing sales staff of 7 or more (Call center, direct sales, outside sales)
- Results-oriented with a strong track record of success in achieving objectives
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
This job operated in a professional climate-controlled office environment and may visit customer locations from time to time.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate and converse with employees in the English language. The employee must be able to remain in a stationary position 25 percent of the time and occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets and machinery, etc. The employee must be able to operate a computer constantly and other office machinery.
Travel up to 75 percent of the time may be required.
