CAPITAL of Indian Trail is seeking an experienced, results-driven Automotive Sales Manager to lead our high-performing CDJR sales team and help drive continued dealership success.

Automotive Sales Manager Responsibilities:
  • Lead, inspire, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve dealership sales goals
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt sales approaches
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the sales team's performance
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills
  • Ensure adherence to the dealership's sales process and standards
  • All other duties assigned
Automotive Sales Manager Requirements:
  • Experience in automotive sales, with a successful track record in sales management preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of automotive products, market trends, and effective sales strategies
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics
