Job description

Position Overview:
Cincy AutoMall Dealership is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the entire sales process, from initial customer contact and lead generation through closing the sale and post-sale follow-up. The ideal candidate is confident in generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals while delivering a seamless and professional customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive sales, retail sales, or dealership environments preferred (training provided for the right candidate)
- Strong negotiation, closing, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to confidently generate leads and perform outbound sales activities
- Excellent communication skills, phone etiquette, and customer engagement abilities
- Spanish or additional language skills are a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously
- Familiarity with CRM systems, inventory tools, and basic retail math is an advantage
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed in a performance-based environment
- Ability to build rapport with a diverse customer base
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
Benefits:
Benefits will be determined based on the candidate’s skills and qualifications and will be discussed during the interview process. Salary will be a weekly base plus monthly commission with opportunity up to $120k yearly!!
